A dedicated service
We offer a fast, solution-driven response to any problem. With 50,000 spares in stock in our Parts Department, our Field Engineers always have access to the parts they need, when they need them. They also carry stocks of the top 200 most commonly used parts on their CDA-liveried vehicles.
Full technical support
We provide in-house technical support, advice, testing and quality control and have an extensive library of up-to-date technical manuals, instruction books and Certificates of Conformity. Providing quality products is important to us, so our quality control department keeps a close check on products, parts availability and engineer competence. This attention to detail has enabled CDA to achieve an industry-leading 93% first-time fix rate.
