For the attention of the Customer Care Team Manager. Having worked in retail for many years, I know only too well that pen is put to paper generally to make a complaint. However this is quite the opposite. Some time last week, I contacted one of your team members regarding a faulty chimney hood appliance which is still under warranty, She did tell me her name but I don't remember it within days the spare part arrived. Yesterday, I contacted another member of your team explaining that the part had arrived, within an hour; the service engineer contacted me to arrange a suitable time to repair the fault. He has just left the repair being carried out, leaving one extremely satisfied customer.I cannot commend the efficiency, speed and complete professionalism of the entire process enough, from dealing with your customer care team in the office, to the job being completed by your service engineer out in the field.Nowadays good customer service is something we rarely receive, so I hope that you may be able to identify the individuals involved and let them know that some customers really do appreciate it, and don't take it for granted.
