I would like to notify you of some excellent service given to us by one of your staff [x]. We returned from holiday to find that our washing machine would not work. There was not much joy in the Clark household as you can imagine. I contacted your Customer Service to book an Engineer and spoke to M. He talked us through a reset procedure and as a result the machine now works. Can I take this opportunity to thank M for his attention to detail and assistance.
