Customer Care Advisor

As an advisor in our busy Customer Care Department, you will provide a first-class service to our customers by managing any issues as efficiently and effectively as possible, minimising any inconvenience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a positive outlook, good telephone manner, and the ability to deal with our customers and consumers in a sensitive and caring manner. You will provide guidance and support to customers and consumers and book service calls when necessary.
