I would like to say thank you for your help above the call of duty here. I purchased a CDA cooker hood on the advice of an online Retailer to suit a cooker which I also purchased from them. When it arrived it transpired after fitting that the hood was not the correct type at all for my cooker. CDA offered an excellent level of service and showed genuine concern for our plight. They agreed that they would take back the used hood which was not correct and would arrange for this to be credited via the retailer. Even though we had used the hood for a while. I was very impressed with this. We then went for a different model again recommended by the online retailer which they assured me would definitely fix the problem we had with our configuration but again it transpired it was not right for our cooker. This was nothing to do with CDA. I ended up emailing the retailer back and forth trying to resolve things. In the end I emailed CDA to ask what they could do. Without hesitation they agreed to credit the second hood in full as it was the incorrect type of hood despite it having been in our kitchen for a few months. I had expected a long drawn out argument with the retailer but to their credit CDA just stepped in and fixed the problem.This level of service was not expected and I would like to personally thank CDA for their EXCELLENT levels of customer care after service. I have purchased other CDA appliances with which we are very happy and I highly recommend them for the customer care policy. I would not hesitate to recommend CDA for all electrical appliances. All other items work perfectly. Thank you... from a very happy customer.
