Last weekend my son moved into a new apartment in the UK and in the kitchen there was a CDA washer/dryer. Not being familiar with this unit or indeed washing machines he ask his mother to help. An urgent telephone call was made to us over here in Spain for assistance which was then quickly passed over to me.
Imagining that lots of time would be spent in trying to obtain a users' manual not having been in the UK for a few years and only having the BBC's watchdogs view of UK customer care this was not a task I was looking forward to, so my first point of call was to google CDA.
To my great delight and satisfaction within 5 minutes of telephoning your Customer Service Call Center I had received an email containing ALL the information that my son had requested from his mother.
