for purchasing a wine cooler. We hope that you and your wine cooler enjoy many years together tasting some of the best wines from around the world.

As you purchased your new wine cooler in the promotional period, you are entitled to some free wine from Virgin Wines, 6 bottles with each 30cm or 60cm wine cooler.

But you already knew this! Claiming your free wine pack from Virgin Wines couldn’t be easier. We need a copy of your receipt from the retailer, so scan or take a picture of it with your generic smartphone. Fill in the form opposite, upload the scan/picture and hit “complete”. We’ll check everything tallies and inform those lovely people at Virgin Wines to get your wine to you, pronto!

Where is my wine?

You’ve not received your wine pack? Ok, first things first… It can take up to 14 days maximum, so please be patient.

Well it’s time to get in touch with the friendly people at Virgin Wines, you can call 0843 224 1008 or email them on corporate@virginwines.co.uk. They will assist you from there.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer valid from the 1st April to 23rd April 2018.
  2. The offer applies to new 30cm or 60cm wide wine coolers purchased from Appliances Direct.
  3. Applications must be received on the official claim form, together with a copy of proof of purchase.
  4. If after 60 days you have not received your wine gift set please contact Virgin Wines on 0843 224 1008 or email corporate@virginwines.co.uk. Offices open Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
  5. Please send a copy of your invoice/receipt. We will not return any documents sent in.
  6. Amica accepts no responsibility for claim forms that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
  7. Amica accepts no responsibility for wine gift sets that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
  8. No cash alternatives.
  9. Claims received after 30th May 2018 will not be accepted.
  10. Entrants must be over 18.
