CDA customer care and product support

At CDA, we aim to provide the very best in customer service. If you experience a problem with any of our products, we will deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible in the current circumstances.

Coronavirus situation

We are receiving a large volume of enquiries into CDA at the present time as coronavirus lockdown eases. Please be aware that there may be a delay in responding to your call or email into us. Thank you for your patience as we get to you as soon as we can.

Essential repairs prioritised

Under the current circumstances we are operating a more limited service and will continue to prioritise telephone calls, emails or queries related to the following Essential Appliances:

  • Food Refrigeration
  • Cooking
  • Laundry

Our engineers are following a strict protocol to ensure their safety and that of the occupants of the property where the repair is being carried out.

We are very pleased to continue to offer our Customer Care service. To protect our team members, and to comply with public health guidelines, our contact centre staff are working from safe home locations.

Our contact centre is now open Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00, Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00.

Please provide a picture or scan of your receipt or invoice for the product in question if you have it. This will enable us to help us determine the validity of any warranty. Without this we may be unable to verify your warranty and a charge may be levied for any work carried out. Please disregard if you are enquiring about an out-of-warranty product.

A dedicated service

We offer a fast, solution-driven response to any problem. Our in-house team of engineers cover 80% of calls across the UK and they carry the most commonly used parts on their CDA-liveried vehicles. A national network of approved engineers covers those areas not covered by our own engineers.

Full technical support

We provide in-house technical support, advice, testing and quality control and have an extensive library of up-to-date technical manuals, instruction books and Certificates of Conformity. Providing quality products is important to us, so our quality control department keeps a close check on products, parts availability and engineer competence. This attention to detail has enabled CDA to achieve an industry-leading first-time fix rate.
