CDA does not accept liability for the cost of returning parts.

Parts are sold on a supply only basis. Any support with fitting parts should be independently sourced. Parts should be fitted by a competent/qualified person.

Any attempt to modify or repair an appliance by an unauthorised person will render all warranties invalid – see warranty terms and conditions. CDA will not be held liable for any injury or consequential losses resulting from parts being fitted incorrectly.

Coronavirus situation

We are receiving a large volume of enquiries into CDA at the present time as a result of the coronavirus situation. Please be aware that there may be a delay in responding to your call or email. Thank you for your patience as we work to respond to you as soon as we can.

Repairs to essential appliances only

Under the current circumstances we are operating a more limited service. Our advisor team are working from secure remote locations and it may take longer to answer phone calls, respond to emails and take payments.

To minimise risk and to safeguard the health of our employees and our customers, we will only be servicing essential appliances until further notice. Essential appliances are food refrigeration, cooking, dishwashers & laundry.

Serial number and proof of purchase

To allow us to expedite your repair please provide the appliance serial number and proof of purchase when registering your appliance or calling to arrange a repair.

A dedicated service

We offer a fast, solution-driven response to any problem. Our in-house team of engineers cover 80% of calls across the UK and they carry the most commonly used parts on their CDA-liveried vehicles. A national network of approved engineers covers those areas not covered by our own engineers.

Full technical support

We provide in-house technical support, advice, testing and quality control and have an extensive library of up-to-date technical manuals, instruction books and Certificates of Conformity. Providing quality products is important to us, so our quality control department keeps a close check on products, parts availability and engineer competence. This attention to detail has enabled CDA to achieve an industry-leading first-time fix rate.
