CDA customer care and product support

Please note:

We are receiving a large volume of enquiries into CDA at the present time as businesses return from lockdown. Please be aware there is a delay in your call or email into us, please be patient and we will get to you as soon as we can.

At CDA, we aim to provide the very best in customer service. If you experience a problem with any of our products, we will deal with it quickly and efficiently.

Coronavirus situation

Essential repairs only

Under the current circumstances we are operating a very limited service and with a reduced adviser team. This means that we will only handle telephone calls, emails or queries related to the following Essential Appliances:

  • Food Refrigeration
  • Cooking
  • Laundry

Unfortunately for anybody experiencing issues with any other appliance can we please ask you to call us once we return to normal service levels. We will update you, on this page, once we are back to normal.

Enquiries relating to any other appliance will be dealt with as and when the Covid 19 situation improves.  We thank you for your support during this difficult time.

A slight change to our opening hours

We are very pleased to continue to offer our Customer Care service. To protect our team members, and to comply with public health guidelines, our contact centre staff are all working from safe home locations.

Eligible appliance repairs have been restricted to “essential appliances only” – cooking, refrigeration and washing. Our customer care team will be pleased to advise in detail dependent upon individual situations.

To enable us to continue to offer our service, we have reduced our opening hours temporarily. New opening hours are Monday – Friday 09.00-17.00, and our usual Saturday service has been temporarily paused until the situation has improved.

Repairs and engineer visits

During these difficult times, our engineers are being prioritised on repairing only essential appliances: cooking, refrigeration and washing. This is to ensure that our customers are able to cook, store food and wash clothes whilst following the instruction to stay at home.

Our engineers are following a strict protocol to ensure their safety and that of the occupants of the property where the essential repair is being carried out.

Phone calls and payments

Many of our staff are now working remotely and there may be a delay whilst we answer your call and if payments are processed. Thanks for your patience.

Your Details:

We predominantly operate during standard working hours and sometimes getting hold of you can be difficult. If you leave your mobile number with us we can speed up the process of getting assistance to you.

Your Appliance:

If you don’t know your model/serial number, don’t panic… If you can describe the type, style, colour and size of your appliance we can do the rest.

Nature of issue:

In order for us to provide the best aftercare service to you, please provide as much information as possible. This will help us cut out the middlemen and get you straight to the department with the tools to help get you back up and running as soon as possible.

A dedicated service

We offer a fast, solution-driven response to any problem. Our in-house team of engineers cover 80% of calls across the UK and they carry the most commonly used parts on their CDA-liveried vehicles. A national network of approved engineers covers those areas not covered by our own engineers.

Full technical support

We provide in-house technical support, advice, testing and quality control and have an extensive library of up-to-date technical manuals, instruction books and Certificates of Conformity. Providing quality products is important to us, so our quality control department keeps a close check on products, parts availability and engineer competence. This attention to detail has enabled CDA to achieve an industry-leading first-time fix rate.
